Instructions

Fill: Fill base with fresh water (filtered or bottled for best results) up to the safety valve. Pro tip: use hot, pre-boiled water to help avoid a bitter taste from "cooking" the grounds during brewing.

Load: Load basket with ground coffee (medium-fine grind is best; avoid espresso-fine grounds). Ensure coffee is level but not compacted. Then place basket in base.

Assemble: Clear any grounds from threads around the pot. Screw top half to the base and tighten until firmly together.

Brew: Place on electric, induction, or gas burner and brew over medium to medium-low heat. When you hear a gurgling sound, remove from heat.

Enjoy: Carefully run the base of the moka pot under cool water to stop the brewing process. Pour and enjoy!
